Winter solstice

Yay for the shortest day of the year! Today, according to the Finnish Meteorological Institution there's exactly 5 hours 44 minutes of daylight (in the Southern Finland, naturally) before the sun sets, but tomorrow already there'll be some thousands of the second more! And before you know it's time to throw away the winter coat and strut around in nothing but t-shirt and shorts.

But it's only 2 more nights to Santa's visit, so merry christmas, everyone! Eat like you've never eaten before, enjoy and generally have a good time!
